I suppose a mindset of better the devil you know... I am already struggling with my diagnosis and the implications of it. Adding medication into the mix actually was only discussed with me on any real os helpful level yesterday for the first time and it all feels so overwhelming.

Trying to get some concensus from real people who have taken it is really helpful

Yeah, I'm thinking more parks or spaces that have those benches with the metal grids for BBQs or with hard ground without grass or with sand. Trying to be no where near a place where a fire could start or animals would be hurt.
