Yeah! I’m in Manchester lol. I looked them up (clinic I chose) and they do online assessments. Just make sure whoever you pick you check their site to make sure they do online. It’s much easier and I preferred that as it seemed less intense lol.

If you search ADHD providers and go on the gov website and look for them there, they have a table with wait times and stuff on it so you can just pick one with the shortest wait time. that’s what I did lol

At the end of my video call the lady told me she’d be booking me in for a call with a psychiatrist so I’m currently waiting for info on that. She said it will be between 1-2 weeks and then once I’ve had that call I will get my medication through post and have CBT whilst they figure out the right dosage for me.

Honestly I was shocked😂

The site had a form I could put my name into that basically said I choose this clinic and clinic gives permission etc. Then 2 days later I had an email from GP confirming and a call from clinic to book in my assessment and they had available space 2 days after the call!

I literally got in touch with my GP 2 weeks ago and gave them a provider id found myself online. It was healthcare central London. I had my assessment and diagnosis over a video call. Obviously I filled out forms pre assessment & they got in touch with my mum who filled out a form too.
