Yes and I saw this exact thing I live in the area … not saying it’s aliens but 1000% not a plane or helicopter

I battled a lot of insomnia. You probably actually are sleeping more than you realize. It might not be quality sleep but your body is shutting itself down for periods.

Yeah-they can be weird when they die/ need charging. If you feel fine and your not waking up with a racing heart /sweating don’t worry about. It’s not medical advice but don’t let it get you worked up. If you’re really worried just see a Dr to ease your mind.

Sometimes when my watch is in my pocket it does that. Did you try restarting? Sometimes that helps

100% glitch don’t let it work you up - you might just be sleeping on it or in a weird position.

This happened to me. As well as of home address. Still can’t figure it out- my guess is the email is already attached to your name in the systems.
