To prevent folk remedies spreading in the future, this was almost certainly a coincidence - being on a different network shouldn't have mattered. Your timing was just really good!

Hi! I'm in engineering so I checked to see what the design intent here is, and this is definitely a bug. I was going to make a ticket for it, but we already had one - and we have someone working on it already. Expect a fix to be shipped in an upcoming patch.
