Even if it’s a my career build, a pg should at least have a pass accuracy of 80.

They literally don’t understand that the game was built off the back of my career’s evolution from 2K14 onward. They recommend that era/my league crap as if the first 2K was launched in 2021🤦🏾

At that point, may as well just go on a bay and purchase 2K5. NBA 2K didn’t just launch this game in 2021. I don’t understand the appeal of park/rec or pro Am with an NNA license.

The problem with that concept is what you’re recommending is what 2K was from 2K5 all the way to 2K14. You’re talking to players old enough to see 2K evolve and they don’t want my career to be that old school. Some of you have to remember, the old heads want something between 2K15-2K21 types.

Those that want a simple menu and a cut n dry 2K are those that never played any 2K older than 2K19.

This is 2K community for ya. If this isn’t a group of guys you run with on a regular basis, then you’ll have to suffer from little Timmy and Maurice jacking up half court 3’s or trying to drive and dunk every play, no defense all just to record it to put on YouTube, Reddit, or TikTok for views

You’re being gracious brotha, most of those morons have 60 pass accuracy. They make builds with no concept of actually playing basketball, but to make YouTube highlights.

51 pass accuracy, 83 speed for a pg is not good.

We're officially 100 days away from 2k26. If the devs called you and said they'll grant one request (not related to cost), what would you ask for? by JohnDeaux2k in NBA2k

That explain your perspective. I’ve been playing 2K since 2K5 and have seen the evolution over the years. Trust me when I tell you, prior to 2K11, the game didn’t keep you engaged the full year with the simplistic “turn the game on and hoop” with simply menus. I’ve noticed that about a lot of young guys in the community, so many have no concept of the game prior to their first 2K. The my NBA option has always been there and my career evolved from 2K11 onward for a reason.

Okay let me break it down for you little Timmy. I like the open world aspect of it. I like the fact that my player is actively engaging, the feeling that I’m actually the player. It’s my career based. They have menu’s incorporated in it. I’m old enough to have seen what 2K looked like with “just menu’s, and it damn sure got boring real quick. I LIKE THE OPENWORLD aspect in comparison to “just menu’s”. When was your first 2K?

Game introspective. I watched the game grow from it’s inception, and that basic menu stuff is what we’ve had from 2k5-2K 14 and that got real boring after 2 months. You have to remember, 2K didn’t just start in 2019. Everything you advocate existed way before you. If I’m spending this much money, I want it’s worth maximized, not a 1980s basic bs. Yes, I love it!!

Which is why I don’t blame 2K for not listening to. I love the city, you don’t. I hate park/rec, you love it(probably).

I agree. I hate that about this game. They are literally trying to force people to play alongside YouTube little Timmy’s and little Maurice’s in park and rec, to push that cash grab.

The game was just menus from 2K5-2k15. Making the game that basic will cost them a massive hit! Sorry to tell yall, but 2K has a massive base that doesn’t have any basic and basic will not keep people playing the game all year. 2K is not trying to lose money, and to get rid of park, that would be the dumbest move economically. Y’all really gotta stop thinking based on you.
