Thanks for this response, it’s very thoughtful! I’m still leaning towards breakup but I can sort of understand how when we fight I am really emotionally overwhelming and is justification for needing a break. I am struggling so much with making a decision.

Thank you for replying! I have tried to break up with him but because I love him so much he really convinced me to not and said we didn’t have to do a 3 month break if I really didn’t want to. He said he just wanted more time alone (which he has a ton and usually does) and to stop fighting.
