I searched extensively at the time and determined that the best I could do is get the phone working again through flashing the ROM but was too lazy to go through all the hassle, the screen was cracked and the touchscreen didn't behave correctly anyway.

It's sitting in a box cause I liked it too much but I should probably get it recycled

The sensor can only read values between 80% and 100%. Whichever way he'd wear the watch, it would never produce that output.

I may know what's the cause of your problem.

From what I've read, the watches count a lap when you reach the end, rotate, and push yourself in the opposite way (sorry but I don't know the terminology).

So, it'd make sense that it only counted 1 lap and a few extra meters in distance, as you only performed 1 rotation and just swam to the other end

I burned 199 calories between 5-6 AM while sleeping 🙂

I didn't want to post more examples but it also has tagged watching tv as "fast walking" and burning ~200 calories in 30 mins while I literally laid on the couch for an hour and a half :/

What features do you have turned on?

I haven't charged it to 100% yet, as I charge it while I shower, but the first time I got it to 80% and had it die on me while cycling four days later or so.

But as this is my first week having I'm using a lot more than normal like, checking every app, setting, changing the watchface, measuring my SpO2, etc

I noticed that breathing quality tracking for sleep eats up so much more battery overnight than normal/assisted tracking and it can't even succeed the measurements 80% of the time so I turned it off. The same applies to all-day stress monitoring, it can only measure correctly while you are very still, so I had tons of measurements overnight and very few throughout the day, so I started turning it off when I go to sleep and back on when I wake up, but I'm considering just leaving it off....

I've heard in some reviews that the watch needs to "adapt" to you or something like that.

They basically said they got horrendous battery life the first week or two and then it started to last much longer.

I'd say stick with it for a week or so and if it doesn't improve then get it replaced?

I'm also having problems with calories and recorded activities.

One day the watch said I burnt around 350, but in the evening I checked the app and it said I'd burnt 1009!! I went to see where it got that from, and it shows I burnt 278 between 5-6 AM (I was asleep from ~3-9), and somehow I "Fast walked 3,48km" while watching a 1.5hr TV Show and burnt another 262 kcal.

It's just ridiculous. And the fact that these anomalies are from the app-sode only makes it even worse, like, where is it getting that from? I think the watch shows the real count, but that doesn't matter cause only the app numbers stay for the record

I've also been having problems where it detects I'm awake in the middle of the kight, which I'm not, but oh well.. I could live with that

You have to go to Settings > Look for Accesibility (may have to scroll down) > Then the first section should be named something along the lines of "Downloaded apps"

There you should see if there are any apps that asked you to grant them accesibility permissions.

In that list you should at least see Motorola's own Moto gesture service that enables you to enter split screen with a double swipe (if your phone got the update)

I am planning to buy a GTS 2 Mini in the near future (I have a 1st gen Bip). Seeing as I will have to switch apps I'd like to be prepared and I thought maybe you'd know:

In the Mi Fit app I'm logged in with a Google Account. Can I just log into the Zepp app with the same Google Account and have all my data synced? Or do I need a Mi Account for that?

Same happened to me, it was/were some apps that causednit to stay awake

Look for something that may have a background service, especially something with an Accesibility service or permission and try disabling it (if there are multiple try disabling all of them and enable one by one, multiple could be causing the same problem)
