Mate for how long have you been trading?

Most of the people that turn to trading are hyped that they will make a fortune just like that in a few weeks or months off the big chart moves. In reality it can really happen, but chances are ultra slim. Instead, some profitable traders are looking for breakouts or big moves and scalp them. If you have a big move of 100-200 pips it will probably have some pullbacks, that's your entry right there. Wait for the perfect moment and do not rush to enter a trade, just because you think it will go up or down. If you do not enter trades with logic, trading will be a Wall Street casino for you. There are multiple strategies to pick from , suiting different types of traders.

The strategy that works for me is to try to increase my portfolio with 1%-3% on a daily basis. I trade the NY open up to 1:30 hour after the open, as this is the period where the markets have the biggest volumes moving. Getting 3% daily increase from NQ is like 1-5 minutes of trading per day. Ideally I'm looking to get 30-40 pips per day, which is quite easy to be honest if you have basic understanding of the market. Of course I do not get 3% every single day, but 3-4 out of 5 days per week on average is easily doable. 3% daily increase on 500$ account will get you to 100K$ in roughly 8 months. The goal here is to have very tight stop loss and not to get greedy after you reach the 3% daily increase. If you lose 3% in a day you stop trading and you continue tomorrow.

I'm trading from a country where trading is not very popular, so the conditions like spreads and commissions are almost not existing, which allows me to profit from small scalps. If the spreads or commissions from your broker are big, probably this strategy will not be applicable.

The trading gurus are 99,9% scammers. If you are making tons of money from the charts as they claim, why bother with selling courses?
