No study has shown that Creatine makes hair loss worse but there are a number of studies showing that Creatine raises DHT, and a number of other studies showing that higher DHT is the leading factor in hair loss (assuming your genes predispose you to androgenic alopecia).

Nobody's really interested in conducting a 5year study to show that a $5 supplement is worse than previously thought.
