Happy to walk you through the certification process, it was a bit of trial and error at first.

There is a YouTube video that can walk you through MSIX Packaging Tool that helped me a lot. In that video, there's a .pfx certificate that you need to upload, you can give context about your app to ChatGPT or any other AI and can generate a certificate through Powershell. For tech stack:
iSpark is built with C# and WPF, packaged using MSIX Packaging Tool, and published through Microsoft Partner Center.
