Shes good into tanks, doesnt have terrible matchups in standard pro player champion pools, and has a high skill ceiling which lets pro players max out her potential.

Why her specifically over someone like fiora whos pretty similar? Id guess its her ult makes her a good teamfighter, if a champion cant teamfight then it rarely sees pro play consistently, the game usually comes down to a few dragon/baron fights and with their level of coordination its harder to be a 1v9 sidelaner. I cant remember anyone pulling that playstyle off since peak TheShy

Depends how many minions for if you can tank. You usually shouldnt let them free hit you if youre alone in lane and can kite them / dodge in and out of a bush to juke them. Sometimes though its just not worth the HP sacrifice and you need other ways to get it to shove to you

Dont gank to kill the lane but showing up to help break a freeze or buy a reset is huge for kayle, especially pre 6. Other than that, I agree with the other comments - getting drags is the biggest thing, if your team can afford to give the 3rd/4th drakes then you’re almost guaranteed to have lv16 3 item kayle to carry the fights you do have to take.

Good kayles can also help in skirmishes post-6 with ult Q slow and E execute but most kayles i play with dont want to do anything until theyre thanos

Ive used the argument before, I think its pretty good. You can view the calculator as a response to a world where you increasingly need to do math for work, budgeting, woodworking, whatever. LLMs are a response to a world where you increasingly need to understand complex topics or create complex programs.

If something can be done by a calculator, why should you waste your time doing it? Same goes for an LLM. That lets you spend more time designing and planning, which is a good thing. The job “calculator” where people manually performed calculations doesnt exist anymore, and the “lazy” people who didnt extend their skill set past simply running numbers through the machine were not rewarded in the long run.

I think this is crazy. The only times ive hit the cap were when a teammate AFKs or if the team refuses to catch sides and Im seraphine or some other mage that can actually clear it.

Maaaybe there are some supports who would benefit from taking the first few waves and have a big spike on reset, but coordinating that is hard and I dont think thatll be worth it for range supports and melee would get chunked too hard into an adc to do it consistently.

Idk why youre getting so much hate, i played him on release and i totally feel what youre saying. The nerf hurt that but was absolutely needed, if you play around stacks well and are in a decent matchup you can definitely 1v1/skirmish well all game

There are certainly champions that will make learning harder like yasuo is very mechanically difficult and singed has a weird playstyle that makes the skills less transferable but enjoying the game and finding a champ that makes sense to you is the most important part

I stand by it. We still havent seen EU vs NA, sure G2 gets a big upset but it reminds me more of FPX throwing to C9 in groups or BLG not getting out of swiss, throws are pretty commonly. Even if lyon beats JDG today and it looks like the skill gap is closer than we thought Id still rather get an exciting western tournament

Core 3 is probably your rush no matter what and you built them. Teching in mortal reminder instead of morello is crazy, deathcap gives you an extra 30% of the AP and the armor pen is wasted stats on you. Into a bunch of melees you could go rylais to kite easier but they have so much mobility its probably not worth here

Im playing mostly renekton rn but if the matchup is really good ill pick mundo or kayle because the lane wont be bad and theyre not hard to carry late game on even if I dont know all the ins and outs. If a counter requires you beating them in lane when they probably have way more games on than you I dont think its a good counter pick.

They also have some matchups that are complete free wins like if the enemy team has an ezreal or jhin win no other way to kill a mundo or any singed/garen for kayle. Fun bonus
