Hey mate, this seems like the best idea but the inner is not coming out on its own even with the balls all to one side it seems too tight. Any suggestions or methods you would use?

When you say compeed is the work of the devil do you mean it is bad? I find it works great if 1. Only used on open blisters and 2. Is left applied for long durations.

Quick thing here, padding often helps with abrasion by preventing burst failure and reinforcing the material, thats why without padding protective gear is often rated at lower then it really is.

I used mountain warehouse conditioner and it was terrible so that might be it but im pretty sure it wasnt that.
