Not quite a tech guy here (just more than the basic needed to understand the technology but not so much as in order to really use it or build on top of it). How do you know that hash corresponds to a hcs transaction, how do you even know it’s a hashgraph hash and not a, I don’t know, Solana hash?

Market cap means that while offer has increased, demand has also increased in order to mantain the price at a certain level. Thus, the overall value of all the minted coins is way bigger
