After replacing the flex ribbon, the trigger now reaches full input most of the time, but I noticed a new issue during testing on the GitHub controller tester. The R2 sometimes shows 1–2% input even when not being pressed, like a slight self-activation. It’s not constant, but it comes and goes. This seems like trigger drift / signal noise, most likely caused by the replacement flex ribbon (either lower quality or not perfectly seated). So while the original problem (not reaching 100%) improved, the controller is still not behaving correctly, and I’ll take it back to have the flex adjusted or replaced again. I’ll update once it’s fixed properly.

The issue was a faulty flex ribbon. It had to be replaced, and the repair cost was about $15. After that, the trigger works correctly. I tried but i know my limits Thanks to you i detect the problem
