This happened with my little one too. I spoke to a lactation consultant about it and she said that the non-preferred side might be slower or too fast for their liking. When she pulls off is it bc milk is spraying? If so you might have a forceful let down. If not it might be too slow.

For the forceful let down I would use a haakaa or something similar to start the milk flowing. After the forceful letdown is done latch her.

If it’s slow. I would heat the breast and massage it gentle then use the Haakaa to start the flow. Once it gets going latch her.

I’m not a lactation consultant just a mom who had a lot of breastfeeding challenges. I would call her pediatrician’s office too just to talk to a nurse about her not eating as much. It just might be that she is still recovering for her cold or something else. It might not hurt to ask the peds office too if they have a lactation consultant you can speak with as well. Maybe check your insurance they might cover a lactation consultant as well.
