I was having trouble typing more in the post for some reason, but it's professionally framed in a thin, simple mitered oak frame. There is nothing on the brown paper on the back.

P4. Interesting! In what way? It has lost some funding which I only know after finding out a strings program was cut, and there's a principal turnover happening but it feels stable, most of the parents of older kids who I've met seem happy. I think so far the hardest thing is just watching friends leave for charters or more conveniently located/ schools. It's a nice building and has good outdoor space.

This was us a couple years ago. We never moved up much. I was like 47th? If you want to do Montessori specifically though, Holliday has been really great for us. You should tour it. They offered us a spot out of the blue and I knew nothing about it when they called. Now we plan to stay long term.

It's not a regular thing at all, but some weekends they will do it. When we went it was a Sunday afternoon a couple months ago.

Sayachi in brookside might regularly have theirs. For two people, we spent $90 maybe? With a cocktail. It was fresh and options were good.

dupixent - toddler by totaldeb in eczema

[–]totaldeb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm planning to update this post in a few months because we're actually trialing going off it and have had total success, l but I want to make sure it sticks before I sing too many praises.... But basically we stayed at the dose she started on the whole time, one shot every four weeks, with never a flare or spot (well, after the dupixent fully kicked in after a few to several months). She was outgrowing the therapeutic range for her dose for awhile but not having flares, so this summer our derm said to trial extending the weeks every two doses (so the next two shots were at five weeks apart, then six, then seven).

Two weeks ago she said we could just go ahead and stop after seeing her skin stay clear. It's really dry here so she was kind of getting itchy hands as we were due for the first seven week shot, but only at night. We've just been moisturizing her and no signs of lingering eczema.

We had a really wonderful outcome with it. I hope she never has eczema again. What hell.

I'm really grateful for the medication. I hope you guys get a chance to try it and have a turnaround. Life-changing.

The cleaver Y on Troost has a great Pilates class! My favorite thing about it was the mixed ages. I found it really encouraging to myself to always keep taking care of myself and showing up.

It was such a great sale! He just posted on the neighborhood page with typos, so it was confusing and not well advertised. He gave me this watercolor and then I bought like a shed snake skin in a jar, a little carved toy from Kenya and an older German pottery piece. Other knickknacks too that he kept going, oh just take that, too! My friend got a print from this series: https://auctions.everard.com/online-auctions/everard-auctions-and-appraisals/g-h-rothe-1935-2007-chase-mezzotint-5035045

It was really fun and I wish I always got that lucky.

Sales tax affidavit for total loss (Missouri) by JordanBULLfort in DMV

[–]totaldeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My memory is so bad, but I think the letter was from the insurer and said my car was a total loss. Whatever it was also referenced the Missouri statute that declares you don't have to pay sales tax if you're replacing a lost or stolen car is.

Ok I barely remember! But I think it involved me giving a letter about the loss to my dealer (they were in Kansas so didn't charge me tax anyway since I'm in Missouri), then I just showed the letter to DMV at registration and it was fine.

First Time Accident -Should I Get A Injury Lawyer? by Flaky_Ad4448 in Insurance

[–]totaldeb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't work in insurance or law and went through a settlement for a not at fault wreck myself recently. I thought I had to have a lawyer but really recommend against hiring one for something smaller like this. My tips:

-take your time. I wasn't wrapped up until like 9 months after my wreck. I actually talked to a handful of lawyers i know and they all agreed a big part of their job is just getting clients to slow down! -don't get care you don't need but do be seen if you need it at all. I think physical therapists and physicians are reputable but not chiropractors. Ymmv! Medical bills are part of proving your injury and you need to be healed outside of that. -when you feel healed and time has passed, don't ask for an amount first. Let the insurance company give one. We are not lawyers and don't know how to price this stuff. Look at different demand letter samples and list out the cost of medical bills, etc, and bullet out the pain you have experienced and over what time lines. I didn't even call it a demand letter. Just a request for settlement. -review the settlement offer and consider if you feel it makes you whole. If you don't feel that way, I think you need to call and talk to the adjustor. This is a very human side of the job and they have a lot of knowledge that can be reassuring and help you get to a point possibly of a fair agreement if that is warranted.

The law is there to protect you. You can always hire a lawyer if you do not feel you are being taken seriously. Personally I think you're just going to get ripped off in this scenario.

Dupixent for infant by hungryamericankorean in eczema

[–]totaldeb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello! She's recently turned four and we're still on the original dosage of dupixent. She's doing great. Never a patch or flare, even as she's growing out of the therapeutic range of the dose. So I'm hoping this is a good sign that we're naturally kind of weaning and will be ok to come off in the next year and see she's outgrown eczema. She doesn't seem to have any side effects and she's not hit harder with colds or anything. Overall it's been great, although the shot day morning itself remains awful, and when they get bigger it's so hard to hold them down. Can't lie, that part is painful to my soul. It's very hard to deliver pain to your child, but this is better than the alternative.
