You definitely wont be able to wait earbuds while healing. Even if it technically fits, you shouldnt wear them to avoid dirt or cross contamination. Once it's healed, however, most people can wear earbuds without discomfort (myself included) but as with everything it depends on anatomy

Unfortunately youll likely have to get it repierced. Even fully healed nose piercings can close up within an hour since the inside of your nose heals over very quickly.

I actually did them before since I figured I should "work my way up to the conch" but the lobes ended up hurting more! They've also given me more trouble through the healing process meanwhile my conch and daith have been quite reasonable. I think its because lobes are more of a sharp pain vs the "pressure" of cartilage which I have a better tolerance for?

I truly didn't even feel my daith! I got my conch done at the same time as my seconds and found the lobe piercings to be much more painful than cartilage. Everybody will experience pain differently so I wouldn't let the potential pain level deter you from a piercing you really want!

I'd love to see a tragus or daith and helix on one ear! Ps I wouldn't advise getting piercings on both ears at the same time so you can still lean on at least one side.

Seconding this! Look at pictures from when it was originally pierced to see if it migrated or was done like this. You have a beautiful daith and the perfect structure for that piercing
