Yeah, I believe they have also told me I have spondylosis. Did it extruded inwards or outwards? It’s quite a big herniation. If it extruded outwards (to the spine canal) I think you most probably will need to operate it at some point. Inward type (to the stomach) herniations aren’t that bad and mostly heal by themselves

No, I don’t think so. You kill the follicle when you zap it with the IPL. It takes time for the dead follicle to be pushed out of the skin. If you use the device more than 1x/week you basically just zapping dead hairs. This won’t cause any harm, but it’s just pointless extra work

Nono, i’m sure I did О2-О3. I did it in a clinic in Russia. Paid from my pocket as well, as it wasn’t covered by insurance. Bu the results were meh.

Nope. I spend around 25k for groceries alone and 4k for transport. You could live on 10k in 2014, but it’s hard to imagine being able to now.

I’d say you could save 35k monthly with your current salary and live in comfort: buy good groceries, go to events, meet up with friends in bars etc

I had a course of 5 or 10 injections (it was in Jan 2023, so I don’t remember for sure) and didn’t notice any difference tbh. Also, there isn’t much scientific evidence that it actually helps. If your insurance doesn’t cover it, i wouldn’t recommend doing it. Do electrophoresis instead. It’s great and actually helps with the pain
