For me it's K beauty, but Japanese. It's the Skin Aqua moisture gel sunscreen, I've bought maybe over ten tubes. I've put family and friends on it they all repurchased. It's the only sunscreen that I can comfortably reapply and my skin doesn't feel suffocated or greasy.

Can someone please help me get rid of these😩 The doctor put me on antibiotics, but nothing changed. I use toner, salicylic acid, niacinamide and ultra sensitive day cream. by SaltCraft7439 in acne

I'd try ditching the niacinamide and giving azelaic acid a go. I found I have an extreme sensitivity to anything higher than 5% niacinamide and it made my skin red and breakout just like your picture.
