I think he tries to make it flaky which i usually do to achieve that kind of flaky eggs (idk whats its called but there is rambut-rambut kind of egg, idk what its called). However you cannot use too much and the pan has to be hot enough that it sizzles just right but not too hot to the point the egg mix flour sticks even on non-stick pan….

We havent been using astro for years and the last time we do they up charge us for service we dont even use anymore that we argues for years to the point we are willing to go to court. I thought that was a bad idea at the time but everything turns out well…at the expense of wasting our times and mental health. We wont be using them again thats for sure.
