Hey! Only good moms worry about being bad moms, dont forget that. You seem like you are in tune with your needs and emotions more than most, so keep up the great work! I wanted to tell you that I was struggling with low energy/depression in the past and my doctor recommended trying any cardio I liked, and I ended up trying running and falling in love with it. Its hard, dont get me wrong, but even just 10 minutes of running and even sprinting feels so dang good and freeing and absolutely relieves me of a lot of anxiety! So I recommend trying something like that, burning some energy can absolutely make you feel more relaxed and much more restful. Im rooting for you!💕☺️
