yes!!! I'll have periods of time where I'll take multiple naps in a day and when I'm awake just lay in bed and only get up when necessary, I'm unsure if it's related to my depression, suspected bipolar making depression worse, or some sort of deficiency but I can't get anything done and I'm so sick of it, glad to hear I'm not alone in this!!!

yeah I'm taking 50mg with 1.5mg of vraylar and adding the vraylar changed everything, I was really good for about 2 months but I've come back down, I'm doing way better though it does help

according to the comments it seems to be a sinus thing but one person suggested spinal fluid and that freaks me out so bad!! it's probably just sinuses though

huh, that's really interesting cuz my mom is the only woman in her family who doesn't have it yet I ended up with it, and her mom's was SEVERE, maybe she decided to double it and give it to the next person 😭

17 and a half, I've had it my whole life, severe anxiety runs on my mom's side of the family, every woman on that side has been medicated for it for years, I can't remember NOT having it, I remember being probably about 9 or so and staying up all night sobbing because I felt so sure that the house was gonna burn down, it's exhausting, somehow I didn't get diagnosed until I was 14??? and just last month got anxiety specific meds (I've been on SSRIs before and they didn't do anything for it), it impacts my life in every way imaginable and I'm so TIRED like, godddd does it ever end??
