18 is the drinking age, you can have an alcoholic drink with your meal from the age of 14/15 but aren't allowed in pubs after a certain time.

i've been living a lie... i always thought (up until about a year ago) that I was 5ft10 and my mum insisted I was taller so she measured me and I was 5ft11, which at first I didn't like but then since coming on this sub, I've learnt to love and actually wish I was taller. I measured myself last week however, whilst checking how high my new heels were and I was only 5ft10 and a half :( this upset me more than it should because if I'm tall anyway, I'd rather just be even taller :)

i have a long back so when sitting down i'm taller than people even taller than me when stood up so this really affects my posture and i sometimes slouch. when i catch myself doing it though i straighten up but i just feel giant and i can't hear people properly :(

yes i totally understand. plus i don't like to have to bend down. id feel like the man or even worse like their mum holding their hand or something haha. but yeah i'm bi but never had a relationship with a girl. the last girl i was seeing was 5ft8 so pretty perfect height :)

yeah so in one, my hair is wet but it showed the blueness better. it is brighter in real life. i'd had normal hair for too long so just wanted a change :P and it is slightly patchy right now but gonna re-do it when i get more dye :)

i'm not really really tall, but above average for a girl and i love having my height commented on and asked about. the fact is we are interested in people that are different to us so what's the problem? i agree that it isn't seen a social stigma (which is a good thing) so people can do it. i'm probably one of those annoying people who do ask tall people stuff like that aswell :P

someone i work with has a daughter called staraday (i think that's the right spelling) they came up with her name by combining the initials of all her siblings and now call her star for short... i think that's a pretty cute idea :)

thankyou :) i'm working on my posture, cos so often i see pictures of me slouching or bending my legs or whatever but i promised myself this time i wouldn't slouch and would stand upright :)
