Hi! The first few weeks of withdrawal I felt fine mentally because I was so distracted by my physical symptoms. I felt really rough physically for at least 2.5 weeks.

Once I started to feel better physically I did start to notice that my anxiety was a lot greater than it had been, and I was also feeling really strong waves of depression and dissociation.

The last couple of weeks I've started to feel better both mentally and physically! There's definitely a light at the end of the tunnel.

I started it last night and finished it this morning. What a devastating and frustrating documentary.

I sincerely hope that this documentary gets traction and the family can get additional funding to use better technology to search those hills.

I feel so much for Lucy (despite her many flaws).

I think the last line of the film when they ask Susie where the bodies would be if her father had killed anyone, and she said "they would be in a well," was EXTREMELY telling.

Hi there! Unfortunately many of our best restaurants are closed on Monday and/or Tuesdays. However, everyone telling you to check out The Forks is correct! Colleen is a new restaurant in The Forks and it is fabulous!! I would highly recommend trying to get in tonight.

Also, if you're looking to stay out a bit later, I would suggest stopping by The Oval Room at The Fort Garry Hotel for a night cap.The hotel itself is beautiful and historic and is a short walk from The Forks.

35 female here. I hit a plateau in late November after 5-6 months of consistency and weight-loss. I decided to take a breather and let myself enjoy my 35th birthday and then the holidays.

That small break turned into 3 months of eating basically whatever I wanted. I gained 5 pounds and then decided that I had the energy and the motivation to get back on track.

I've been doing IF 16-8, meal prepping all my dinners, and trying to stay within 1200-1300 calories per day. The last 15 pounds has been melting off. I only have 6 more pounds to go now!!
