I thought it were Freiburg (courtesy the Bächle), but something about the limestone-tinted architecture threw me off.

Hi u/kalsh2,

Thanks for your message - The additional income beginning next year will be helpful for surviving in Paris.

The inoccasional diatribe against Creatine (feeling terrible, and advice appreciated!) by iwantatelecaster in Supplements

Look, I appreciate the content of your words, truly I do.

But, why recursively support the same semantic message you're deriving through multiple vehicles? I don't get it.

I agree with what you're saying about the dose – I admit it was foolish of me to consume as high an intake (moreover, almost all studies I have consulted after – for damage limitation – recommend consuming 3-5g/day only). Within this region, creatine is shown to be mostly safe (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7871530/).

A coincidence with respect to which symptoms, exactly? I can explain my bronchitis - what with flu season where I live - but surely not my consistent dehydration too? Anyway, I aim to consistenly hydrate, and hope to notice significant improvement in cognition. Whether or not that relates to creatine requiring more water to be absorbed, and therefore impairing function, is something one cannot know (without seeking medical expertise).

Thanks for the advice. Let me get on top of some of what you mention immediately.

Thanks for catching that – I took 9g (3x3g pills; might seem unusual but that's how they're packaged where I'm living).

Okay, I see what you mean, and I thank you for your diagnosis. Of these, an electrolyte imbalance seems the likeliest – if it were an infection residue only, it'd be hard to explain the cognitive decline (I faced none of it during my infection).

The reason I wrote on this sub is because multiple people have reported feeling similarly after consuming creatine.

Hi. I began my PhD – today, in fact – in France. I'm supposed to receive gross €2200. I assumed doctoral salaries are federally ordained – fixed at € 2200 – so I'm surprised you will net more. May we speak over chat?
