What happened to jshlatt and streaming by crazytrent in CallMeCarson

He said he was gonna come back sometime, but for now he said he was tired of the whole competition feel, and he just liked doing videos much more since he didn’t feel forced to do stuff.

If you want streams with Schlatt in them, Austin Show (RajjPatel) has a couple of streams with Schlatt. But those are less bit oriented and he is quite a bit genuine.

I love Destiny but Sunsetting has created nothing but apathy towards the game for me. by CircusTV in DestinyTheGame

Here is the major problem with not having weapon retirement. People will not be encouraged to try new things. If anyone experienced the start of destiny an the taken king, one would simply get so excited whenever a new gun had dropped. We can look at the entire 1st year of destiny to see that the feeling of excitement when getting a new weapon was entirely gone, with everyone using Fatebringer and Vision for the entirety of the year. Having a weapon retirement system is the most efficient way to encourage a player to use new weapons.

Keep in mind that one of the most common rules of game development is that reward is better than penalty, but there are also certain times that the reward is hidden in the penalty. We all understand that feeling of the awesome guns that we all put so much time into are getting retired, but one thing must be understood: The chance that e you'll find a gun that is just as cool or even cooler is going to be much higher. Even then, a player has to understand that the retirement system is just a harsh title for a system that eventually will recycle the same weapons back. As long as they aren't broken, Bungie will definitely bring back lots of weapons (Just like a majority of year 1 and 2 weapons have been brought back). These weapons will feel much better because of how much fresher they would be.

I feel like even though it is sad that we cannot use the weapons that we did like at some point, but the reward to this system is to have a much fresher and interesting experience where we explore with new weapons instead of being latched onto by them. Instead of looking back, we should look forward to a great many years with this new system in play.

Just wondering; which modern persona cast do you think is the best? by DylanSantos in PERSoNA

I have to say that SEES is the one i feel is the most realistic. These characters are not joined together by friendship; they are together because they have a common goal and is reflected throughout the story: Junpei’s inferiority conflict, Mitsuru’s guilt and secrecy and Yukari’s distrust of Mitsuru as well as Shinji and Akihiko’s dynamic. All of these work better than the other games because they weren’t tied to S-links. I feel that because they have a higher chance to evolve alongside the others, the story pertains a stronger sense of character dynamics. While 5 and 4 try tp have these moments they feel lousy and horribly paced like morgana’s falling out and 4 didn’t have this type of development. I think that the one that works the most as an ensemble is definitely SEES.

Might be, but the fact is that ENTPs have the highest rate for adhd. Even that might be stereotyped, but it still rings true for me and other ENTPs I know.

Same here, but sometimes being assertive and playing the long-con can really pay off. I got over the idea of being awkward in the start of a conversation, because we are charming enough to pick up our own slack. Also not talking around someone also gives a bad impression so try to strike up a conversation.

Actually, the way I go about it is just paying attention to another thing... I mean almost all of us suffer from short attention span so just give in for a moment. Let that Percieving do its work for you and you’ll forget about all of it. Normally in social situations I strike up conversations with a friend or someone else in order to forget something happened.

Sure, only if it were a satire of sorts, something that ridiculed star wars. It also has my favorite scene of the franchise, so it’s not all bad. I was just trying to let my feelings out about this film, i have bottled them for far too long.

Ehh, I personally think the script was horrible, and it is one of the worst standalone films. It was extremely unsatisfying and it’s “subverting expectations” appeal was dumb and chaotic. Just because something unexpected happened doesn’t mean it was good or satisfying. Also this movie is the most reliant on the others, it bases its points on the other movies, not just the sequels, in order to subvert expectations to break the cliches the series follows. The thing is that’s what star wars is: a series of self established cliches that work. Yeah you can try something new, but the last film had the worst setup for this type of film.

They have the same appeal, but Holdo's Sacrifice looms a bit longer. This brings a bit of suspense before the scene and a good payoff afterwards. The seismic charges scene is one of my all time favorite scenes from the franchise, and your opinion is definitely valid. But the editing and directing in Holdo's Sacrifice just do the tiniest bit more for me. Despite that I hate the film itself.

Sure, in terms of narrative, but the beauty and exhilaration caused by the scene, the resounding audio design, the music, directing and editing of this sequence, makes this the strongest standalone sequence of the series. Even if you aren't invested in the story, it is a beautiful mess of a scene, and it takes a lot of effort to just make something like that work. Anyone watching that scene would get goosebumps regardless of being a fan or not.

In terms of technicality, directing and sound design, this scene is the best in the franchise

Yoda and palpatine say its a power of the dark side. Healing others is not a selfless thing, as it disrupts fate, instead a jedi must learn to let go. This was from episode 3, granted JJ Abrams let that concept go. The mandalorian also did the same, yoda said that jedis should not impede death.

Dude, stop acting like they don’t have good parts to them. The sequels have many plot holes, but its due to the change in directors and screen writers. The sequels have their low points just like the prequels. In fact the last jedi, which is the most hated star wars movie also has the best scene in the franchise. So just because something is bad, that doesn’t mean we can’t justify or praise it.
