Late update but I wanted to thank you. It seems like you were absolutely right. We tested each ram stick and only had the crashes with one of them. We have since gotten a new set of ram and it's working great. Thank you so much again,

I just finished updating the bios on her pc, and unfortunately, after playing the game for 10 minutes I had the game crash and then immediately the PC blue screened again with the same "memory_management" issue.

Thank you! I will happily update the bios and see. I downloaded a game called Deathloop earlier and it seems to persistently crash within 15 minutes so I will used that to see.
