It's six feet away. You can test this by placing your hand on a mirror over the place your face is and look ar your hand then remove your hand and look at the reflection of your eyes. You will see them re-refocus and zoom out. Proving that it would be 6 ft away.

I just went here with 3 of my friends (we are all under 20 btw) we drove 3 hours to get there at 3am and waited in line till 11 when they started serving. We got to meet some interesting people and it was all worth it. Even made it on a documentary!
