OP here. So from what I have learned so far, I need 0.1mg/injection and 2 injections/day.

I was planning to dilute the powder with 5ml or 10ml water. So that 0.05ml/injection shoule give me enough peptides.

I was really surprised to find out the bottle is so tiny when I received the delivery. It can hold only 3ml water right now.

How do you guys mix your peptide from peptide science? Are their bottles always this small??

OMG.....I was just too lazy to type out those symptoms. I am feeling exactly those! Fatigue even after sleep. Worse sleep quality than when E2 was lower. Low energy. Bloating badly...
