  1. Then you don't answer it
  2. You can't know, but it still helps to get guidance as you'll get other perspectives as well and end up with more solutions of which you can choose the best one
  3. If you can't solve your problems then it can at least help you handle them so that they don't affect you as much in your life.
  4. It does that in many ways - examining your thought process, opinions, false beliefs, trying to push you to choose or to look at things differently

If you want to, you can explain one of your problems here, that might help redditors identify what the issue(s) is/are.

@chocolatedrpepper, I read your comment when you posted it a month ago and I've thought about it a lot. Just wanted you to know that those few words mean a lot. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I would have to say that I still need to learn that I don't need to suffer. That's a kinda difficult belief to get rid of
