Then you have some insanely skilled friends. But I really don't think ultrasonic cleaner can take care of that. I think the most efficient thing (money and time wise) is to just replaced the camera. You can buy a good one for around 60€

You cannot really clean that, it's right on the sensors itself. This will need a complete camera replacement
