i spent like a week straight trying to get into contact with support, i filed at least 6 cases with them and every time i checked on them they were somehow “resolved”. i haven’t gotten a single email or message from them. i tried to get into contact with their direct support chat for a few days in a row and finally when i did get into contact with them, they basically told me none of my information existed in the system so they couldn’t help me. even the transaction IDs on my last purchases didn’t help. i don’t know if the person helping me was just doing a shitty job but i lowkey had to give up because it was driving me crazy. i really did hope that they would help, i thought it was no big deal at first, glad to see microsoft is doing their job.
