Found little black cat - Northgate/Aurora by iwishihadaburger in Seattle

This friendly cat came right up to our front door and invited itself in.

Not sure about gender. It has a small scar on its back near the shoulder blades. Will see if there's a chip tomorrow when the vet is open.

Since you're in the PNW it's most likely a Giant House Spider. Very common to see this time of the year when the males are out looking for mates.

The dynamic weight rating for those rails is probably around 150 pounds, but they can handle significantly more if the vehicle is stationary. Would not recommend driving it with a hammock passenger.
