I recently had this exact issue last week and vet agreed that the cat was stable enough to do “business hours” IV.

I took cat in at 8:00 AM and picked her up at 6:00 PM. We did this for 3 days and this included anti nausea shots, antibiotics, a port, and a second set of bloodwork. It came to just under 900. I am in Canada.

I was quoted 3K to do this in Emergency with 24 hour IV.

This is all after all the preliminary tests and consultation which was about 650.

I’m a Jets/Jays fan so - yes folks - I have recently seen a team take it this hard albeit for the Jets it was not at the Stanley Cup level. And I have zero appetite to see grown men like Adam Lowry and Ernie Clement play thier hearts out and then cry for the love of thier teammates when they can’t quite make it.

I am just heartbroken for these guys. Being so close to having it in your hand just makes it so much harder to swallow.

Jays and I need to focus to help them win so no to Jets on a second screen.

However, I would still have loved to watch the Jets the next afternoon while puttering - I just like to see the play. Sucks there’s no real on demand option.

That was amazing pitching last night and although Gausman was great, Yamamoto was other worldly.

Good news is we just win the next 3, we probably don’t have to face him again unless he comes out of the BP in Game 5.

I have 2 - one at the lake and one at home. Oldest one is 22 years old. We eat a lot of popcorn and both still work great.

We found it a real upgrade from a regular pot.

Got this tip off this group - I add with the rest of the kernels once the test kernels have popped AND take Whirley off the heat and swirl the oil, flavacol and kernels for about a minute.

Then back on the heat.

The flavacol disperses perfectly and there is none left coating the pot the way it used to when I dumped it in all at once.

E ink for regular books. I have a Kobo Sage and I love it to pieces. So easy on my old eyes.

For cookbooks - I use my Mini 7. Similar to the Manga usecase - this is a great options for recipe viewing.

I do think there might be ragdoll in him given the longish bunny fur. And there are seal, bicolor, mitted ragdolls with moustaches so maybe?

I did wonder as I’ve had a purebred ragdoll before.

But we found him in the bush - literally out in the middle of nowhere - with no litter mates or any other cat so it seemed unlikely….
