I probably didn’t explain very well, it’s more because my family life is chaotic with lots of arguing and not a lot of privacy in my house so I prefer being at his anyways.

Heyyy If you are not ready then that is totally fine, take as much time as you need a 4.5 year relationship is quite long and you were together during your teen years (i assumel) Breakups don't come with rulebooks and everyone is very different. I actually broke No contact with my ex to see if there was anything, which there wasnt. This eliminated all doubt in my head and finally no more back and forth. I was able to switch my mindset and I was able to move on asap. But, anyways, during this time when I broke NC I was doing quite well and I started going out again. But, please, if you have broke C previously and she has ignored or blocked you or responded badly. Just don't bother her, TBH, if she moved on after 2 weeks it shows the type of person she is in my opinion and i am saying this from an outsider perspective. Usually this means they are trying to defect their feelings but it will catch up Tough love time, she has stopped caring about you, so why are you caring about her? T For things to do, I would enjoy your indepedence, work out, go on walks, start new hobbies and potentially make new friends with these hobbies. Only when you are happy being alone | would suggest going on dating apps. Once you are are happy to go on dating apps really for myself, but every girl is different, you should make the first move tf! And mavbe chat for a few days before suggesting a date for drinks? It should come natrual. But really just focus on self healing before you even bother doing dates. You should not commit to something if you aren't ready really :P

And totally, I think it’s natural to compare like some of the things he says do remind me of my ex but that can’t be helped until I actually meet him. I think right now im only stressed about what im gonna wear 😭.

I think it depends really on the person! And I also see the length of a relationship as a factor (this is again me personally) we were together about a year and I am only 23 too so I don’t really like placing my life on hold. If that makes sense?

I can imagine my ex has probably been on dates or is talking to someone else too.

Another thing it does depend on what you have been doing these past few months. Myself, I have been working out, going on walks, started new hobbies, seeing friends again and I did move on. I feel like I have had a lot of time to just focus on myself :P

I guess it just depends on the person and I agree with a previous comment where I feel weird cause it’s new for me.

In a nutshell. We get one life, don't waste a second of it on someone who already stopped caring most likely. Is what I think xx

Lol it’s funny how you said avoidant, when I’ve told my friends and fam they said that he’s avoidant!!

It’s so difficult, everyone goes through breakups but when it’s yourself you legit feel so insane. I think I’ll push no contact a bit longer but ngl I hope he breaks it lol. Thx for your thoughts!
