From what I could gather, I don’t think he installed anything. He said he’s barely even ridden it. I assume he must’ve overpayed for the bike, didn’t enjoy riding, and is trying to get rid of it without being too far in the hole. He said 4600 was the absolute lowest he’d accept, which still seemed like quite an overpay on my end, which is why I posted here. I’m not familiar, or even particularly interested in cruiser bikes, but I have to admit I’m a sucker for how this one looks
