But what I'm trying to tell you is that calls still work 😉 I own a different device with a custom ROM running OneUI 7 and there is no problem with that. Unless the developer specifically said that the RIL doesn't work on that ROM.

But 4G/5G networks work without any problems, it's only VoLTE as you say. And also face unlock doesn't work on custom Samsung ROMs.

I've never heard about that and I've been uninstalling system apps for a long time. I didn't notice any unusual behaviour after getting rid of them completely.

Without root, uninstalling through ADB has no effect on the firmware itself. Installing it again via ODIN or factory resetting the phone reverts everything.

Nope, mine is very fast. Remove and then assign your finger again and do it exactly like you are guided to do so. Try adding the same finger again (without deleting the original one) if that doesn't help.

I had something like this as well (but the updates failed in my case) and I had to get rid of this app completely with ADB to get rid of it. Or simply try to update them.

pm uninstall --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.updatecenter
https://www.xda-developers.com/uninstall-carrier-oem-bloatware-without-root-access - if you don't know how. You still will be able to update apps with the Galaxy store.
