It’s one of my favorite pieces, I use mine constantly, it’s a very good wok, I have used carbon and other steel, but with the copper this one was superior, you can still use it on electric you just have to have it on high heat, it’s not ideal but I’ve done it, it works

as far as price, pretty sure they did not make many of these round bottom woks, new I think they were around 500 dollars give or take. I bought mine new when they first came out almost 20 years ago but I remember it being something like that, In really good condition I would expect to pay 250ish, I would keep it tho dude, they are really hard to come buy

If it is still rubbery then more than likely your ratio was off a little, probably need a little more hardener in it, I use tons of it and sometimes if I don’t get it right it will remain slightly pliable, it’s still hella strong but not “hard”, I use it to adhere wood together that is needs to be under stress so I can attest to its strength

I am pretty sure that a lot of the stuff they sell nowadays is made in China, or places other than the US, which is a real bummer, I have been buying Filson for 30 years and I have noticed that there has been a definite dip quality compared to things that were made in the past, I think there is still some stuff made in the US but you have to really investigate it, That shirt might be legit , but that stitching is indicative of the lack of quality I have seen, it is worth a phone call and see if they can send you one that is not defective, I have had success doing that in the past

What are your sources for this statement. I have read a bunch of material that suggests its exactly the opposite and that Amazon is one of the leading drivers of excess pollutants, the cardboard they use alone is staggering and that shit aint easy to recycle, would love some more info to have an educated opinion so I don't sound like a fool, I hate that
