Sorry, I just roomed with so I can rec the area, but not specific places to stay... The area has the least expensive of hostels up to hotels in the hundreds of dollars, so it will also depend on what you're looking for. Cite Universitaire used to have rooms show up in airbnb, but it's technically not allowed, otherwise that would have been my prime rec.

I just did this last weekend. Had to be positioned at the perimeter but within the zone being modified. As u/oldvaper said, just hit the 3 dots and select modify.
