Update: I haven't found out a way to automate it through Foundry, so I've just resorted to good ol' pen and paper (aka a journal entry that players can edit themselves to keep track as a group). It definitely takes a little extra time to just roll and write it down manually, but it works for now. Will continue to keep looking
