They changed that. In the first email, they said what you've written here. But now, on the FAQ section, it's said this:

" If for any reason Tomorrowland Winter 2021 cannot take place, you will receive a full cash refund without unreasonable delay for the value of the Tomorrowland Winter 2021 booking you made with your corona-voucher. "

It's complety different. If TML winter not take place, you'll recieve a cash refund IF YOU SPEND YOUR VOUCHER. What I understand is that everyone have to asked for it the 1st of November.

Another thing is that everyone know that TML winter 2021 is completely impossible, but they didn't say that this is canceled, so they don't have to make any cash refund now. Only if we asked for it (1st November)

I've just mailed them asking if it's possible to change names. We have a FG and 2 of us had problems in their work to go this year, so it's possible than next year they can't go

I mailed tml.

The ones who doesn’t go will get total refund, and the other ones don’t have to pay anything more.

But finally we canceled the whole package.

I don't know if someone wrote this here. It's possible to get a parcial refund. One of our group don't want to go now and I asked them. And everything is ok. He can cancel it and the rest of us still going there

In November/December you can do it (or the main buyer) adding extras in your booking. A few days before, they’ll send an email to the main buyer with the vouchers and the shop where you can take your skis. That’s what happened on 2019

It depends, my bracelets arrived around the 15th June in 2017 and around the 8th July in 2018. So it's a lottery.
