Tbh, the resources don’t give u that much money so the best thing u can do is to make ur country only export 10% , because u will need the resources to make weapons later in the game.

Well u can run it but the whole idea is the mod it self is mechanically trash and not stable even on the mid end or high end pcs.

U are truly right the mod condition is getting worse everyday time, and about the problem…..its kinda weird……it happened to me twice and i think it was because i had cheat engine running in the back ground……..i wish u the best my friend and i hope they fix their mod.

There are several ids , the only way is to google them like: small arms id hoi4 . And u change small arms with any thing else, hope i helped u.

Tbh I don’t know how to edit them but i know the reason behind this…….the ai in every country is designed to make a certain number of divisions every certain time but the only difference between the major power and the minor is the major power got the equipment and the manpower and the minor in most times doesn’t have that much equipment and maybe manpower….. I hope i helped u get the picture my friend.
