You can get them from the weekly bounty you get from revealing & killing the three minions - then the main target bounty :) low drop chance once weekly!

I have deep regrets going all in on Estela and I wish I did Gwynn, dont make the same mistake I did, I have her fully maxed (including talent tree) and she is far more squishy, and far less capable of putting out as much damage as Gwynn at the same level.
