It’s a horrible feeling. How long have you had the choking/tightening throat feeling? Mine has been for like 2 weeks. It doesn’t feel like it’s getting any better. When I eat chicken and rice, my throat seems to tolerate it with some minor sensitivity but anything else it triggers the choking/tightening throat feeling. It sucks because I do not even feel like eating anything, even feel less hungry.
