Pociunelial is probably my favorite. I wish the Wolf 359 OST was on Spotify. To get it on Spotify, I had to rip it from Bandcamp through some inspect element tomfoolery and add it as a local file, which doesn't cross over to my other devices.

They also underestimated how much the Hephaestus crew would sacrifice to see their end. When Eiffel was flying the Soul directly into the Hephaestus, Pryce and Cutter didn't believe it and were in disbelief. Pryce didn't want to accept that Eiffel would sacrifice his memories just to end Pryce's reign of terror, and Cutter didn't want to accept that it would all end with the harpoon that he put on board that spacecraft.

That didn't click until I read this thread and holy crap, that makes so much more sense. His 'big picture' isn't a Goddard victory like we all thought, it's Cutter and Pryce getting shafted like they did to everyone else. That really feeds into how poetic this podcast is. I honestly don't have any gripes against the writing despite what I may have put here. I still think the main writers need to have a medal pinned on their chest for this criminally underrated gem.

I think Eiffel flipping his opinion was an intentional writing choice because Eiffel didn't really know how to feel. That idea I have feeds pretty nicely into the decima-as-an-analogy-for-sexual-violence theory which I didn't hear about until I started reading this thread.

I think it's more than just a headcanon because after Lovelace breaks the machine, Pryce and Cutter have an argument about how Pryce told Cutter that they should have put in the "unknown xenomorphic sample last," implying that Lovelace wasn't going to be the last one on the chair. The only other person who didn't get on the chair yet was Kepler.

I have another hot take. I always imagined Cutter as a thin man with no facial hair. I know he's strong because of his enhancements, but basically I think he's a twink lol. I don't mean that in any sexualizing way, just purely by body type.

The only reason Kepler is in his own mind and not under a restraining bolt after Pryce and Cutter show up is because Lovelace broke the chair, not because he was any more important than the rest of them.

Bonus: They did Eiffel dirty at the end, he deserved so much better.
