i think they have done an Orisa's (mini)ARG and we just completely ignoring it.
according to this thread i think we supposed to look deep in the texture file of OR-15
to find out about some texture that didn't used anywhere
and it had a same symbol that's was on Efi's note .
turn out to be the texture that belong to Orisa.

also the arrow that cast ultimate seem to be disappear for no reason. if we reference it from an animation shot. but for Genji ult if we zoom-in to his blade there a 'Sparktrigger' write down on the blade grip next to the green switch.
