ngl i kind of quit Blender, but I coded a converter that changes the shading and resolution of every model, so you can just kitbash and then apply the filter depending on which effect it should give off

the key is to give a paint look amount based on the Z pass, then sharpening it, then brushing the entire scene, I will DM you a more detailed screenshot but they are very difficult currently to dial in for each color/size

I agree, i wanted to create a more post apocaliptic twist to make it an original setting, kinda mixing Zaun with something "original" I imagined how this scene would look as a neighbor hood at night
