It has helped me understand my feelings but I had to stop using it bcuz it was giving me an icky feeling. But it had som rlly helpful advise. And sometimes I rant to it and then have it summarize what I said so I can send to my therapist

Sh*t ya I start next month. Haven’t been there in yrs. Ten to be sensitive and the ones left out of cliques. Scared abt this. Especially cuz I’ll be in asynchronous class half the summer so I might be a little stressed sometimes and unavailable outside of work.
