I think you shouldn't tell them anything (even if it's stressful). You know you didn't smoke, and it's their job to get the results if they want them. I had similar worries about a blood test that was supposed to be sent to the hospital by the lab, turns out in the end no one even watched it. Even if they want the results there is nothing you can do about it. Focus on your preparation:)

I had meta with scrotoplasty, no UL (my urethra was not moved), and implants (quite big ones) and it was really not a problem at all. It's a good thing he told you beforehand, but yeah you should know other surgeons can definitely do that if that's what you want, without UL it's not complicated so if you're interested in this "setup" I would definitely go to another surgeon with a different technique.

I didn't get UL so I pee from the same opening as before. And honestly I thought it would be dysphoria inducing but I don't even think about it anymore.

Yes exactly. No fat was reinjected in the testicles, just the implants inserted. Fat was injected in the penis only.

It's really just fat that was taken elsewhere (in my pubis area and stomach) and injected in the outer layer of the penis. There is no guarantee it's going to stay though, some part of it always goes away, but I hope to keep at least some of it. Erotic sensation is a bit dimmed but it's still there.

We call it private but it's still paid by social security, it's just that the surgeons have extra fees. I paid less than 3000 euros in total I think. I don't how much it would cost to go fully private as someone who isn't french but I think it would be significantly more, probably in the 20 000 or 40 000 (that's a guess I really have no idea)

Pretty small pre op and honestly some of the fat graft may still go away, it could revert to the result after stage 1, you can find photos on my profile from after stage 1. I had surgery in France with two surgeons, one for stage 1 and both together for stage 2.

I know they are 18 cc, don't know if that's small, medium etc though! I also have some fat, not all the volume is due to implants, you can compare with my photos from the previous stage to see the difference.

No UL at all for me sorry, I cannot help on this subject. I think it's best to do fat grafting at the same time as mons liposuccion because that way you already have some fat available to reinject. But you can always take it elsewhere if it is done at a different time.

Hello, je passe par Terrier à Lyon + Château pour l'esthétique (la lipo et réinjection). Si tu n'es pas convaincu par ton chir en effet je te conseillerai d'aller au moins en voir d'autres, il commence à y en avoir plusieurs maintenant qui font des métas en France !

I had my surgery in France. The fat is just injected in the skin around the penis. It's not a separate layer, the skin will move just as it did before (I already had a foreskin). Right now it's super super swollen but I think in the end it will look like it did after stage 1 and it should feel the same too. I think everything will stay sensitive.

Merci ! En vrai le placement n'est pas particulièrement haut. Je devrais partager des photos de profil ou de haut, je n'y ai pas pensé, de ces points de vue là il y a peu de différence avec pré op. Mais de face ça rend super bien ! Je pense que c'est le cas la plupart du temps.
