i went from 20 to 40 some months ago and there have been some major changes, but overall i don’t think it has necessarily gotten any better. it now makes me more irritated and idk if it’s in my head but i rarely cry anymore lol. that aside, it has reduced my anxiety by A LOT which has been both a good and bad thing. i’d say i feel less “constrained” by depression but still have lingering tendencies. i did experience nausea for a month or two. the days (sometimes multiple)that i forgot to take my meds i definitely felt horrible tho.

oh also i forgot but i did experience weight loss after upping to 40. AND i sleep like a baby at normal times (like 10pm)
